Why Site Analysis Matters Before Any Design Begins

Before a single design decision is made, a proper site analysis looks at orientation, sun path, prevailing wind, soil condition, access, and the surrounding built context. Skipping this step does not make a project faster — it just moves the problems later, when they are more expensive to fix.
