Overview

Construction is where most projects lose the design intent they started with — decisions made on-site under time pressure, without the original designer involved, tend to drift from the drawings. Al Hashim Associates keeps construction management in-house specifically to close that gap: the team supervising the site is accountable to the same drawings it helped produce.

That includes day-to-day site supervision and quality control, coordinating structural and civil works with the trade partners actually doing the work, and tracking progress against a schedule the client can see. Material procurement is managed directly rather than left to third parties, which is where cost and quality control on a Karachi construction site are usually won or lost.

This service covers everything from ground-up new construction to the execution phase of an existing renovation, with final finishing and inspection carried out before handover — not left for the client to catch.

Structural and civil works

Core structural and civil works are supervised directly on site, checked against the structural drawings at each stage.

Site supervision and quality control

A dedicated site team oversees daily progress and workmanship, catching issues before they're built over rather than after.

Material procurement and vendor management

Progress reporting and schedule tracking

MEP installation coordination

Electrical, plumbing and HVAC installation is coordinated against the drawings and against each other, reducing rework from services clashing on site.

Final finishing and inspection

Before handover, the site is inspected against the original drawings and finish standard, with any snags resolved ahead of the client walkthrough.
