Haji Abdul Hakeem Gola Kabab House And Catering

A ground-up restaurant fit-out and catering facility for Haji Abdul Hakeem Gola Kabab House, designed to handle heavy daily walk-in traffic on Altaf Ali Barelvi Road while keeping the open-kitchen cooking area as the visual centerpiece of the dining floor. As a food and beverage interior design project in Liaquatabad Town, Karachi, the brief called for a layout that lets customers see the gola kabab and BBQ preparation live from the seating area, so the kitchen line was pulled forward and framed in durable, heat-resistant finishes instead of being tucked away in the back. Seating was planned in a mix of family and group-friendly clusters to suit both walk-in diners and large catering orders picked up from the same counter. Flooring, ventilation and surface materials were specified for constant grease, smoke and high-footfall conditions typical of a high-volume kabab house, so the space holds up to daily use without looking worn down. As with our other restaurant and catering fit-out work in Karachi, design and construction were handled by the same in-house team at Al Hashim Associates, from layout planning through to final handover.
